The very true fact of this universe is that biggest mystery of life is life itself. Does this sound as a strange question to you? Of course it does. Not only for you but for every one who heard this. But if you go by some philosophy then Life is too deep for words. So Life is not about living forever, it’s about creating something that will. And everyone knows that for anything to persist, organising it is a key.

A very short but effective statement “An unorganised person can only have the bitter taste of life”. You have to organise things from your wallet to your bank account, from your room to your office. This is what makes an important role of organising things in your life.

• Mental Strength is the Key: No one can ever try to go a step ahead in his life without having peace in his mind. Only a relaxed and calm mind can be your best partner to finish things off on a higher note. So you should organise things and keep your mind out of tension always.



• Get to know WHY? : It’s always a common question to one’s mind is why do I get or feel cluttered? Sometimes the busy schedule or sometimes the lack of motivation can block your way from getting organised life. So it’s necessary to acknowledge the reason and try to change it immediately to get a better ad easy life.

• Keeping Notes: We all will agree that remembering something most of the times, is the toughest task of one’s life. So it’s always better to make either a digital note or write in some diary in which you can make note of your daily needs and other things which you use frequently. You can make notes of things or tasks which you have scheduled.

• Get things done: Procrastination Might sound funny to you but yes it is the biggest sin. Don’t put off your work for tomorrow try to get it done immediately. Pending tasks have always been the biggest overhead for anyone so give some peace to your tensed mind by completing your task within the time. Don’t overwhelm yourself by getting more and more tasks just try to get rid of things which are less important to you.


• Carry Yourself in presentable manner: Healthy breakfast is essential for healthy and happy morning. Carrying yourself means wearing a good and cleanly dressed. Getting dressed in a good manner makes you presentable to the world.


• No one is Perfect: If you think you will finish your work only if it is done with perfection then you are leaving a many tasks unfinished. Try dropping the less important tasks than giving your full day to them. If you are planning to get it finished at perfection then it is not going to happen sooner.


• Greed when you need: Don’t get cluttered by keeping everything with you. Having only things which you need makes you an organised person and gives you the best taste of those things. It’s always better to get rid of few things rather than renting space for them.


• Don’t be Representative: any need to be delegate. If you want an organised life then try not to fill your life with meeting schedules only. You will feel that the less important things have been slowly organised out.


• Prioritize your personal life: Making balance between your professional and personal life is very important to make your life organised. Give some beautiful time to your personal life because it is the only thing which can put smile on your face when remembering past.


• Work Hard: If you have delegated responsibilities then it becomes necessary to work hard or work very hard. You can complete it by making schedule about what you have to do and when you can schedule it.


• Block your calendar: Block your calendar for each week to declutter your life. You should try to get time every week and get things organised. Improve your plans by looking into its implementation during past week.


• Recycling is the need: It is complete waste of energy if you have to buy everything which you really do not need. This overhead can be handled by recycling your valuables which can be helpful to you anyhow.


• Stick with one tool: Try different approach for every single task may give you nightmares so better stick with one tool one approach for similar type of tasks.


• Everything needs home: Everything needs home to be in as you do. Yes it is correct; you cannot put knives with your toothbrush. So always remember to put things on their proper place so that you need not to remember when you used that last time and in which year (wink).


• Divide and Rule: Many victories have been written on this single line only. If you want to live an easy and organised life then start following it from now only. Categorize your stuff and put them with their friends only.


• Control your life on your own: This might sound strange to you but it isn’t. The meaning behind this point is never let others decide priorities in your life. Whatever things you use, never let them do other way around.

Know How To Have Successful Start To Your Day

It’s still dark outside as the unavoidable alarm bell goes off! This first thing you do is pulling up your curtain and a very refreshing atmosphere is waiting for you outside of the window.

The moment you stumble out of bed and go into the shower, a new day just begins for you.

Now the question is- how to have a successful start of your day?

Always remember one thing that what you do at the beginning of a new morning sets the tone for the entire day and now choice is yours. It’s your decision and you can decide it as soon as you wake up, that today will be a great day for you. Yes, as I told you, this is your choice of the day.
You can simply choose to be in a complete positive frame of mind.

All it needs a successful start of a day because a good start sets you up for a more fulfilling and productive day.

The method of starting a good day consists of few simple steps.

Make a list …..not an essay!

Just before hitting the bed tonight, you should definitely invest sometimes for yourself and start making a list of very important thing that needs to be done tomorrow. Leave the note beside you so that you can read it just after waking up.

Don’t be an alarm puppet:

At least have thirty minutes between the time you press the snooze off button and get out of the bed! This span of thirty minutes is the most crucial time because this time is completely yours and you should use this time to set the good mood for rest of the day. Today is yours and of course today will bring the best thing for you.

Make sure you are not lying in the span of this thirty minutes because it could again make you fall asleep.

Wake yourself properly with some little exercises like stretching.



Now go for a walk….not a walking race!

The whole purpose of walking outdoor for fifteen minutes to half an hour is to enjoy the nature outside. Recite some positive affirmation as you walk. Enjoy the cool air and whistle of birds. Think about all the good things that have happened to you and things that you should be grateful for.

Once you are back to home, take a shower and enjoy a light breakfast. Start your journey at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time so that you won’t have to rush



Setting a low bar for happiness is actually important. It will make you grateful for every little thing that makes you happier that you used to take for granted like having a roof over the head. It actually makes you stay positive and at the same time you will find simple happiness throughout the day.



Finally- “Why so serious? Put some smile on that face”!



Nope, it’s not putting smile on the face like Batman’s Joker but yes, a smiling face can make the entire day smoother. Keeping a light smile for every tiny happiness would make you feel good and positive!

What is the Spanish Subjunctive?

The subjunctive is a grammatical mood found in many languages. Subjunctive forms of verbs are typically used to express various states of unreality such as wish, emotion, possibility, judgment, opinion, obligation, or action that has not yet occurred; the precise situations in which they are used vary from language to language. The subjunctive is an irrealis mood (one that does not refer directly to what is necessarily real) – it is often contrasted with the indicative, which is a realis mood.

Confused? Well, you are not alone!

Most learners find the Spanish Subjunctive very hard, to the point that even very advanced Spanish learners and even teachers and professors who are not native Spanish speakers fail to use them correctly. The good news is that it is usually made seem more complex than it really is. Why is this so? Well, it’s a huge topic! In an effort to make it more comprehensible for learners, the Spanish subjunctive is simplified and reduced to just very simplistic rules.

While it works great in the classroom in which all the sentences the students get are based on those simplified constructions, those students that venture beyond the classroom soon discover that there are way more exceptions than rules. This, of course, is not truly the case. It’s caused by the unreal simplification shown in the classroom in which all examples were basic and tried to fit a very limited rule. How many of you have studied the subjunctive Spanish for ages and never even heard the word “subordinate clauses”? Although “subordinate clauses,” “noun clauses”, “adjective clauses”, “si clauses” is technical jargon, these are basic concepts that once you know them will simplify your life enormously. So in an effort to feed students more digestible bite-sized portions of this grammar item, most teachers are doing a disservice to their students dooming them to never really get this essential concept from the Spanish language.

This third part of the subjunctive Spanish report blew my mind when I saw it for the first time. And it never ceases to amaze me. After years of living in the dark ages of the Spanish language, I could finally see the light. The millions of unpredictable exceptions I had, were actually unreal. The Spanish language follows a very predictable, mathematical pattern. If you know the rules, the Spanish subjunctive is really predictable, like a math equation. It’s crazy to think that with so many materials out there, such few people really get it.

Of course, all native Spanish speakers use it without a problem, but even native Spanish speaking teachers have a hard time to explain how the subjunctive Spanish works. Why? Well, it’s their language. They can use it, but when they need to study in order to teach it, they just read the books available in the market.

The problem with Grammar Books that teach the Subjunctive Spanish

Almost all Spanish grammar book covers the Spanish Subjunctive – Subjunctive Spanish. The problem is, that as this is a such a huge topic, and grammar books need to cover all other aspects of grammar, they can only devote a few pages to the Spanish subjunctive. For that reason, the explanations are too technical for most learners to understand. And to make matters worse, as we saw before , the explanations are simplified to a few basic concepts. They just teach about 25% of what the subjunctive is all about, and then they provide just a couple of exercises based on that 25% of

Most students that go through the book and finish working on the exercises, have the false idea that they “know” the subjunctive Spanish. However, the problems begin when they see that in real life people use it all the time and in all kinds of situations that were not originally contemplated in their study materials. That’s why they assume they must be exceptions. The problem is, there seem to be more exceptions than rules. It’s crazy and luckily, false.

In my quest to learn the subjunctive Spanish, I came across a website that specializes in this elusive Spanish Grammar Topic. Unlike the rest of grammar books, this is not just a book but a complete Spanish Subjunctive eBook and Spanish Subjunctive Video Program that goes from zero knowledge of the Spanish subjunctive to pro, every step of the way. In addition, each of those parts is practiced extensively individually, so once they are put together, an otherwise hard topic just makes common sense to the student. I’ve been a lifelong Spanish learner.

On many occasions, we have heard and we saw  unexpected opportunities that come to us after going through many periods of pain, confusion and instability in our personal lives.

This depended on our attitude. Those who see it as chaos, do not participate, do not invest and lag behind their decisions. Those who see it as an opportunity, participate in paradigm shifts, invest, take risks and sacrifices and achieve some of the biggest successes ever.

Similarly, the opportunity hidden behind a crisis won’t present itself until fully recognized and accepted. How is this? When something terrible happens to me or someone close to me such as an accident, illness, pain, separation or some death it may seem like it’s not that bad or does not affect me, exerting resistance and delaying the importance of real pain and continue trapped in a sufficient. This situation, however, can be accompanied by sadness and tears, but once you have abandoned the resistance, you will find  a deep serenity and acceptance allowing you both an inner and outer transformation. Sometimes visible and immediately, at deeper levels initially and more obvious changes later.

The author refers alongside other issues to the existence of the “common man” and “spiritual warrior” who live in each of us and faces them differently to crises giving a present totally unequal.

However, here are some tips that will help you keep your OCD in check:

1. Realize You Have An Issue and make a conscious decision to change.

2. Analyze the issues you encounter and start to make changes if necessary.

3. Make checklists of the things you have already done to avoid checking if you did them over and over again.

Whenever you second guess if you already did it or not, just look at your list rather than go back and physically check.

4. Be Patient!

Rome was not built in a day. This is a process that will take time. Be aware of it and do not feel frustrated if things don’t change overnight.

5. Identify Obsessive Compulsive Behavior patterns.

Whenever you find yourself falling into the OCD trap, stop yourself in your tracks, go to the list mentioned in #3 and do not indulge that compulsive behavior. In time, these instances will be less frequent until totally gone.

6. Talk To Others

There are other people suffering from OCD who will help you and try to support. Not everyone will understand, but help is out there. And the Internet is a great source of information and support. Use it to your advantage and get in touch with others going through the same. Forums can be particularly helpful for this.

What’s  interesting is that both groups had lost a similar amount of weight but those who had been allowed to cheat felt more motivated and optimistic about their future weight loss objectives. The group that had followed the plan to the T without any deviation or cheat days was craving certain foods and struggling more to continue their challenge.

According to Rita Coelho do Vale Ph.D., who was in charge of  the study,

          ‘…when goal-deviation behaviors are planned, that is, part of the     long-term plan they may actually help rather than hurt successful goal pursuit.’

You can put this in action by  “walking” through the rooms of your house or apartment mentally while attaching information to each room. Later you can try to remember all the information be visually returning to each room.
